Digital closed-loop control design uses a capacitive encoder and ASIC-controlled IGBT amplifier.

Lift heavy knees such as the Bridgeport Series II or Lagun Deluxe. Over temperature detection protects the unit in overload conditions.
Set a zero position and use the digital display for rough positioning (0.1" resolution).
Rapid for table and cross is 80 ipm / 2032 mm/min. (5 pitch lead screw); knee 40 ipm / 1016 mm/min. (10 pitch lead screw).
Variable feed rate for table and cross is 0.1-50 ipm / 2.5-1270 mm/min.; knee maximum 25 ipm / 635 mm/min.
Feed rate ramps from 0 to 50 ipm in 4 seconds.
Digital feed rate control lets you select exact feed rates (0.1 ipm resolution.). Smooth finish at feeds as low as 0.2 ipm.
Electronic-assist when used with muscle power.
Fluid-resistant design.

Servo Power Feeds and limit switch assemblies are not designed or warranted to be waterproof, water-sealed, or airtight. Caution must be taken at all times to protect the unit from coolant, etc. Failure to do so may result in the warranty being voided.
